To cancel an order you must inform us by email via or call us on 01200 425070, before the order has been dispatched.

Any products that are deemed to be damaged or defective upon delivery can be returned for a full refund given that we are notified within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If in the unfortunate event you have a faulty part within 12 months of the invoice date, you may return this for a replacement, if still available.  You will need to send this back by TRACKED mail so you know we have received it. Please send a copy of the original invoice so we can proceed with the replacement. Upon receipt, we will check the part. If this is deemed faulty, we will replace it. if the part is fully functional, a return postage charge will need to be paid. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost of any returned parts.

Returns where the part delivered has been mistakenly ordered by the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, however exchanges may be granted at the discretion of the management.
