Returns

To cancel an order you must inform us by email via orders@storageheater.co.uk or call us on 01200 425070, before the order has been dispatched.

Any products that are deemed to be damaged or defective upon delivery can be returned for a full refund given that we are notified within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

Returns where the part delivered has been mistakenly ordered by the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, however exchanges may be granted at the discretion of the management.
